Oasis People and Culture is a Perth-based organisation that provides leadership and culture coaching services. With a mission to provide the best possible experience for their clients, Oasis People and Culture knew that their current application was in need of a redesign and new functionality to better meet the needs of their users. They approached us with the need to improve their web application product, 4Boxes, a tool for engaging coaching services by allowing users to manage their goals and access coaching learning resources.
Project Goals
Through our 4Boxes project, we aim to revolutionise the way businesses manage their data, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration for increased productivity and success.

Our Solution
Storia Technologies was able to help Oasis People and Culture reach their goals by rebuilding the user interface with React, a modern and powerful JavaScript library. To ensure the application was secure and always available to users, we hosted it on AWS using RDS for the database, EC2 for the Ruby on Rails API, and S3/Cloudfront to deliver the React interface. We also took the opportunity to clean up and expand the Ruby on Rails API that powers the application’s back-end, adding in the desired journalling and template functionality.
With the new and improved 4Boxes, Oasis People and Culture can offer their clients a modern, user-friendly, and functional tool for managing their goals and accessing their coaching resources.
