New Town Toyota required a modern internal platform to improve communication, knowledge sharing and access to resources across their organisation. Their existing systems made it difficult for employees to locate information, stay informed about company updates and collaborate effectively across departments.
Storia Technologies partnered with New Town Toyota to design and develop a custom SharePoint intranet that would act as a central hub for employees across the business.
The project involved designing a clean and engaging intranet interface aligned with Toyota’s brand guidelines, developing an intuitive navigation structure, and building custom components using React to extend SharePoint’s native functionality.
The intranet features a dynamic homepage with company updates, upcoming events, video content and quick access links to important resources. Departmental pages were created to provide tailored content for different business units while maintaining a consistent visual structure across the entire platform.
