Clear Health Psychology required a better solution for managing online bookings through their website. Previously, clients were redirected to the Core Plus platform to complete appointment bookings, which disrupted the user journey and prevented Clear Health from properly tracking user behaviour and conversions through their marketing tools.

Storia Technologies proposed and developed a custom booking system integrated directly into the Clear Health website. By embedding the booking experience into the site, Clear Health could maintain control over the entire user journey while improving analytics visibility and user experience.

The system integrates with the Core Plus API to fetch real-time appointment availability, manage booking creation and update patient records while ensuring consistency with the existing scheduling system.

A key feature of the new platform is the improved telehealth booking experience, which allows telehealth appointments to be clearly presented and easily accessible regardless of clinic location.

The system also introduces client accounts, allowing returning users to manage their appointments, update bookings or cancel sessions within permitted windows. This reduces duplicate client records and simplifies administrative processes.

To further improve operational efficiency, the booking system includes a step-by-step booking wizard that collects relevant information such as funding methods and personal details while maintaining flexibility through configurable form fields.

By integrating analytics tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, the system allows Clear Health to measure conversion rates, track user behaviour and better understand how clients interact with the booking process.
