The solution focused on creating a streamlined form-based workflow that inspectors could use directly from their smartphones, tablets or desktop computers without the need to install a mobile application. By delivering the platform as a mobile-optimised web application, Delucks could access the system from anywhere while keeping development and maintenance costs low.

The application allows inspectors to quickly complete inspection forms, capture key details and store records in a structured format for future reference. The interface was intentionally designed to be simple and intuitive so that inspectors could focus on completing inspections rather than navigating complex software.
